PRIVILEGES - The benefits of belonging

Changes to Henry Schein New Zealand’s PRIVILEGES Rewards Loyalty Program

From the 1st of November 2024 the minimum dollar amount of dental consumables required for some of the Tier levels in the PRIVILEGES Rewards Loyalty program will change. This is the first adjustment made to the Tier levels since the current program was established 8 years ago. The changes are as follows:

· Select Tier - will now require a minimum purchase level of $24,000 + GST on dental consumables per annum (previously $20,000 + GST per annum).

· Plus Tier – will now require a minimum purchase level of $44,000 + GST on dental consumables per annum (previously $40,000 + GST per annum).

· Premium Tier – no change. The minimum purchase level will remain at $60,000 + GST on dental consumables per annum.

· Elite Tier – no change. The minimum purchase level will remain at $100,000 + GST on dental consumables per annum.

As per the current Terms and Conditions of the PRIVILEGES Rewards Loyalty program, Henry Schein reviews the annual dollar amount of dental consumables purchased by a Practice at the start of November each year. The reporting period for this review is 1st November 2023 to the 31st of October 2024.

Based on this review the Practice is assigned one of the above tier levels, which then determines the number of PRIVILEGES Rewards points the Practice receives for every dollar spent with us on dental consumables.

If a Practice’s annual purchase amount falls below the minimum level required for the Select tier ($24,000 + GST per annum), then the PRIVILEGES Rewards account will be assigned a ‘No Tier’ status. Whilst no further PRIVILEGES Rewards points will be earned (until the Practice’s purchases increases to above $24,000 +GST per annum) the PRIVILEGES Rewards account will remain open for 2 years and the Practice can continue to redeem any PRIVILEGES Rewards points they may already have.
