  • The millimetric grooves of the castable abutment allow the vertical fixation of waxes or plastic materials, withstanding tensile and compressive forces during the manufacturing process or in clinical use. The seating area allows the preparation of the frameworks to be precisely delimited. All DESS® castables are made of sanitary polyoxymethylene POM, the same material used for permanent, fully castable clinical components. High-precision machining ensures optimal connection and fit of the final part. DESS® castables are designed in various diameters, for different implant connections, internal or external and transepithelial. Whether for single restorations (anti-rotational connection) or multiple frameworks or bridges (rotary connection).
